Kyle’s love for the mountains initially brought him to the valley in 2007. Before joining the Lee Gilman team in 2013, he graduated with an education degree, with an emphasis on leadership. Kyle has been a mountain guide in Idaho and Vermont, and began his construction career as a backcountry carpenter specializing in building remote ski huts. In the 10 years he has been working on projects with Lee Gilman, Kyle has steadily grown to be a well-respected site supervisor.  Working with his hands, collaborating with many different people, and problem-solving are what Kyle loves most about the construction process.   

Kyle spends his personal time in the mountains with family and friends, skiing, climbing, biking, boating, and traveling to see live music.
