Josh was born and raised in the Seattle area, and is a graduate of the University of Washington. Josh brings 16 years of commercial construction experience including mixed-use mid-rise structures, clean rooms and testing labs, tribal offices, casinos and more. Josh finally made the move to Sun Valley after frequent vacations here, and joined the Lee Gilman team in 2022.

Josh loves the challenge and satisfaction of managing a project from conception to completion, and is extremely organized and thorough.  Golf and snowboarding are his priorities outside of work, along with Husky football and all Seattle sports teams.
